Yes, of course, if the design has more than one element to be customised, your design will be sent to you via email for your approval before I print it. If it is a simple customisation (i.e. just a name) it will be posted without you seeing a proof unless you specifically request to see one. Just send a message or put a note on your order if you would prefer to see a proof first.

Yes, if you have received a proof and you would like to change something just email me right back stating what you would like to change and I will get a new proof straight back to you.

I aim to send you your proof for checking within 1-3 working days of you placing your order. Once you approve it I will aim to dispatch your item(s) within the next 1-2 working days. 

All of my prints are sent by 1st class (untracked) Royal Mail. Please be aware the postal service can experience delays of their own which is out of my control. As I am running this business on my own there may be times when there is a small delay due to me being on a family holiday etc but this will always be clearly stated on the website before you order. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe please contact me as soon as possible.

Yes, of course you can. Please select this option when ordering and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. I will then arrange a mutual time for pickup with you.

I print on A4 photo quality glossy paper using an inkjet printer.

Yes, all wording, fonts, layout and colours on each personalised print can be changed. If you see a design that you like but want an element off another I can do this, just ask!

Yes I can do this for you, please send me a message before you order so I can arrange that for you.

Your print(s) will be kept flat in a cardboard envelope marked with DO NOT BEND which is A4 size and will fit through your letterbox.

Requests to change or cancel orders after confirmation or approval of the proof will unfortunately not be possible in most cases as it has probably already been printed. Please check the spelling of any names, dates or places carefully before ordering or if you are unsure send a note with your order requesting to too a proof before printing.

I will always do my best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and if you require an order urgently, please contact me before placing the order to discuss delivery options.
