When ordering please supply
• wording for top of print
• each family members name (Max 7 names), and approx age if they are a child. (for sizing only, age will not be printed).
• Please list the names in the order you would like them to appear from left to right on the print.

• If you are adding pets you can choose to have a small bear or a paw print, please state which you would like.
