Please supply:

• Wording for top of print, i.e. ‘Our Family’ or Family surname

• Each family members name, code of animal choice, and approx age if they are a child

• List the name in the order you want them to appear on the print from left to right

• If you would like to change the fonts on the print you can also choose these from the contact sheet.
